speak to Jose
advertise on here expat services
he will give you the information etc and cost
My advice is sell your car in the U.K. and purchase a vehicle with all the appropriate documents + ITV the hassle with changing your U.K. car, right hand drive etc not worth it., I have a holiday home in Spain for 18 years and bought a Spanish registered car and park up at the airport, best advice I have taken regards a vehicle !!!

Based in La Zenia, they handled the import of our UK car. They were absolutely faultless and made the process really easy for us. We have had the car from new so knew the history and we couldn't get the same quality second hand Spanish car for anywhere near the same value, so we brought it with us. It was a decision we have not regretted. In terns of cost, I can't comment on how much it is now but what we paid a few years ago was very reasonable.
They carry out all the work required on the car and handle the paperwork for you.
Personal opinion as to whether its a good idea to bring a right hand drive car over to Spain but, like I said, we have no regrets.

Hi alby63,
I highly recommend Leigh Blann of Spanish Number Plates:

When we first moved to Spain, my husband brought his right-hand drive car over from the UK and it was mostly OK, as we usually travelled together, but you do have to bear in mind, if travelling alone, that toll booths, car park barriers, etc. are going to be on the other side.
Kind regards,
Kim
