People sell for many reasons same as anywhere else , there are not that many for sale at the moment,  when there are a few for sale they normally go quite quickly , the current situation with the pandemic had an effects on sales as people were not able to travel and view you will find that over the past month those that were for sale have already sold as people have been able to view .

I had a place there for 3 1/2 half years , was able to get all my documents to be able to live legally in Spain which I wouldn't of been able to do if this wasn't a legal site and them decided to move on to a different area .

You do need a car to live at The Palms as nearest town of Catral or Crevillente is a few mins drive away to far to walk to carry shopping etc

Hi,

My partner and i have just bought a property here but just wanted to know if this park is only for over 50's? We have 2 children and noone told us about the age.

Thanks

Zoe

It is a mixture of permanent residents and holiday homes It's mainly  over 50's I'd say all those who live permanently are retired residents. It's not really suitable for children full time living, if yours is holiday home It's not such a problem as obviously residents will have grandchildren visit , but you'd need to bear in mind older residents wouldn't appreciate children running around screaming and shouting .

The agent you bought from should really made you aware its mainly over 50s

Good morning,

We are currently living on the Palms Site.

It is a gated community with up to 40 Park homes in situ.

Club house & swimming pool, very quiet.

We are currently advertising our park Home at the moment, due to unexpected Family commitments. It is on the Crevillente Forum Site underProperty for sale.
