Good morning All, new to the forum and looking for advice on which are the best property rental/management agents in the area of Dehesa de Campoamor? We are considering purchasing an apartment for holidays as well as to offer for rent when not in use. Thanks in advance for any advice and keep safe and healthy!

Hi JacquesdP and welcome to the forum!
It's a while since I've read Dave and Bev's excellent guides, so just to add that since 1 January this year, the income tax rate for UK citizens who are non-resident in Spain, has increased from 19% to 24%.

Please feel free to ask questions after looking at the guides. You will need to ensure anything you buy meets the requirements and also on a community that permits holiday lets. It takes a long time to get the first stage done in Orihuela Costa so when you do your sums allow for no rental income for the first year or so.
