Hello

Go in the entrance ,in the basement (next door up  after the cafeteria)  ----here is a  reception desk where you can ask.

I was there yesterday looking for  directions  to the Echografia Dept.

Cheers

If you have an appointment you go in the main entrance to the machines on the back wall. Scan your appointment slip in there and you will be issued a ticket telling you which floor and which room to go to.

If you haven't got an appointment slip, enter your SIP card number in the machine and the ticket will be printed.

It will give you a "code" name such as Tigre, or Estrella or some other word. Sit near the screens on the floor and which room to go to and wait until your code name comes up such as Tigre 103 Meaning go to room 103.

Thank you both, I have been to appointments several times but though someone might know which Dept to look for.

Was at the reception the other day to get the appointment but waited 45 mins to be seen and they didn’t specify the department and I had another appointment to go to.

Although I can get by day to day with the amount of Spanish that I know I always take a translator with me, which most health places ask that you do, when attending either my doctor, the ambulatorio or a hospital.

Hello Wizzy

I am not talking about appointments desk, there is a proper reception/enquiry desk you can go and ask -- go down long corridor at side of appts desk and ask, the man was very helpful yesterday for me!

Cheers
