Try asking at your nearest gyms. Most fitness instructor are self employed and just pay to use the gym facilities, similar to in the U.K.
Check with your ayuntamiento you may be able to run classes on the beach or in the park
You could also try some of the bars which have a suitable size room for Zumba
Presuming you’re a resident and have a work visa/autonomo in place, obviously you’d need your own insurance as well.
