Oh I agree Steve, sometimes it's just a statement, not even a question, it puts me off replying.... as you said, please & thank you go a long way.

I agree with all comments here regarding manners being important, having recommended my transfer from Sabadell with huge charges to Cajamar bank for free banking for non residents many times I no longer go into a detailed story. Visit Cajamar website, best thing I ever did, non residents can only open in branch not online but we'll worth it.

I suggest looking at Bankia "Cuenta On" or Cajamar "Wefferent" for free online accounts. Last time I checked both were available to residents and non residents.
