Double glazed windows/doors - anyone know how/where you can replace the rubber sealants?

Hi there, we've recently bought a property (which isn't too old..), but we've noticed that the rubber sealants on the doors/windows aren't great...one DIY guy mentioned that these can be replaced/repaired... just wondering if anyone has ever done that or knows anyone who could give a quote...definitely don't feel like replacing the windows/doors!!  thanks for any advice !

AKI (like a small Spanish B&Q) beside Carrefour on the N-332 should be able to help.

You can buy suitable rubber seals and felt sealing strips in Leroy Merlin. I replaced all my door and window seals and it made a big difference - particularly the door seals. It's an arse of a job but worth it.

Great thanks... hmm not looking forward to doing it myself...  but also thing it's necessary...particularly for winter - don't particularly want all the heating being sucked out the gaps in the doors!! thanks a lot...

the doors are the worst, as the original brown seal will be rather hard and it's not easy to get it out.
