I have funds in place as I recently offered on a property but it had already been sold by another agent
I like to be able to walk to all amenities and beach etc
I must have an outside area to sit, balcony or terrace
I have a daughter living in the area so she can always look on my behalf as she knows exactly what I'm looking for
I don't mind if it needs a bit of work ie kitchen or bathroom
