Flat/ House Wanted To Rent Long Term: Campello, Muchavista, San Juan

Hi
We are a family (Me, my wife & 3 yr old son) looking to rent long term near to El Campello and surrounding area.
We currently live in our own apartment in Alicante City but my wife is pregnant again an as we live on the top floor (no lift!) things will get difficult as she gets bigger!
We are both working full time and have lived in the area for around 4 years.
Ideally we need to be quite near the tram line as we need to commute to Alicante daily.
Price-wise we are hoping to pay around €500 per month.
We would be great tenants.. clean, tidy and respectful.
