Check the trustpilot reviews. She owned several villas on the Costa Blanca. Rents them out privately and on booking. Com. When you arrive there is NO booking! You lose all your deposit plus nowhere to stay. I got scammed too.

If you know were she lives and have solid proof of what you allege then tell the UK police.

Do you think the UK police are interested? ALL her scams have been done in Spain! I'm making people aware. So hopefully more people don't keep getting ripped off by her.

Thanks, Ive read it now. Not sure who this latest info is meant for, it seems it can only be persued in the UK along with all evidence she has gathered as a victim to back up the allegations. If the spanish police are investigating, then she should update them with her current address.

Have you actually tried reporting her to the UK Police? The CPS website suggests that, in specific circumstances, their reach does go beyond UK borders:
"Some fraud and dishonesty offences (s. 2 of Criminal Justice Act 1993, as amended by the Fraud Act 2006, imposes extra-territorial jurisdiction for various fraud and dishonesty offence, including offences contrary to ss. 1, 6, 7, 9 and 11 of the Fraud Act 2006 and ss. 1, 17, 19 and 21 of the Theft Act 1968)"

While the scam may have involved properties in Spain if it was carried out in UK and targeted UK citizens then the police absolutely should be interested.
