But it isn’t open yet. It’s had water in it for a very long time, but there is still a need for a private company to be found to manage it!

Hi, went there in may. (The one by the tram Station)Talked to the manager and he said that it has stayed ready for opening for a long time but because some money issue between the contractor and the city it remains closed. His comment “it’s spain”....
