We are not on a caravan park its our permanent home and a Taxi seems daft as at least i know neither of us have the virus.

Hi Nikki, of course you can go both in the car. It is a very special circunstance! the only thing is, you should sit at the back, both with globes and masks and only one in the shop to buy things.
I go with my daughter as she can not stay by herself at home. She does not leave the car and i do the shopping really quickly!
If you have doctors certificates that states your conditions it wont be a problem.

I think Nikki’s probably meaning that neither of them have “any symptoms of” the virus - which I hope is what she meant to imply...
