Stephanie86 I think is right about this. Frustrating, but I think I must have been lucky with the items I had delivered to a locker. Sorry I don’t have anything more I can think of to help.

We had this problem just after Lockdown ended, but when Lockers were still closed. We ended up giving our address, then arranging a drop off location with the courier, when we received the email to advise a ‘failed delivery’. Took a few extra days, as they made two delivery attempts before accepting an alternative. Still think they offer a good service, and worth having to be a little creative to get the job done!

Get Amazon to post to an address in the U.K. (Family or friend) and get them to post it over to you. It's something to do with licences etc. Hope this helps.
Amazon are becoming a right pain just recently.

Go on the amazon.de site or any other country for the amazon sites and see if they have what you want. They will then send it directly to you address in Spain, very little cost involved as well.

Hi,
My daughter has bought cushion covers from amazon UK and is having the package sent direct to my address in Spain, should arrive by Friday 9th. Dont know if it will get here yet but will update if it does..

I have had this error message from time to time and most often it is due to the size or weight of the item I am ordering.
I have noticed the larger and heavier packages cannot be handled by some of the 'drop off' points
I would go on the live chat and ask for the English speaking department as they are super helpful and will no doubt sort you a local enough place where they can deliver to.
