Have you tried contacting BIASI? http://www.biasi.es

My best suggestion would be to go onto Ebay.UK  and have the bit sent out. It will probably be quicker than searching around Spain.

I have found that things like this are very difficult to source here in Spain and manufacturers don't know the meaning of the word Service.

I needed some parts for a Cointra gas heater recently and I got them from a camping shop in the UK. The place where I bought it from did not know where to get spare parts. Can you believe that?

In the end I ordered it (to my surprise a genuine part) from a place in Valencia 48E including 8E courier delivery.

The guys English was way better than my Spanish. He was very helpful and the part arrived at my door the day later.

However, another plumbers merchant (also Valencia) wanted to charge me 80E + delivery.... it is a jungle out there!

The best UK online price I found was £65 + delivery to Spain :(  which I nearly resorted to out of frustration with trying to find any supplier locally in Spain.

Even the official BAISI .es site was virtually no help. How does anybody ever get anything repaired here?

Cheers

I'm glad you got your part at a sensible price. You are very lucky.

I have never had much success in finding things or getting things done in Spain. Even simple car parts are a nightmare and as I rebuild classic cars I am often in need of bits, so 90% of the time it is back onto the net and get them from the UK.

All this is compounded because carriers can never find my address despite having GPS coordinates put on the parcel. I have to resort to going to their depot and collecting things myself.

Now you know what N.I.E. stands for..............nothing is easy!!
