Hi

Please can anyone recommend the best way to dispose of old cookers and fridge freezer. There will also be other household items, bed frames, mattresses etc.

Check with your Council (Ayuntamiento) They should provide a weekly service picking up such surplus.

I'd get careful about doing that as could use visit to reccy your home for future "visit"!
