Hi I’m arriving in Alicante on sun 9th sept, taking bus to Torrevieja and then another to Heredades.... some advice please on which bus to take to Heredades and where to find it?

I can't help you on bus routes, but I'd have thought it would make more sense to get a bus to Guardamar rather than going down to Torrevieja and then coming back. Have a look at the Formentera bus timetables and see if they give you a clue:

Get the C6 at departures near costa coffee Alicante bus station. You then get a bus deist to Heredades. Only 2 at the weekend. Use this link. You'll also get details to Guadamar then Guasamar to Heredades.
