What fun brexit is! I ordered a dress from Phase eight for my niece wedding was really look forward to getting it, what a surprise to see a 82 euros import duty to be paid. I cancelled and told courier to send back to UK. The joy of brexit, so far only brought misery to us all.
Life was so easy before, could order from UK no problem some will not sell to Spain. Can anyone tell me what good it has done.

Before it all kicks off again, I’ll just respond to “can anyone tell me what good it has done”. I very much doubt it.
I have personally asked this question, on this forum, of a staunch leave voter. While they pointed me to many newspaper articles, it appeared they were unable to exemplify the current benefits of having left the EU 🤪🥂

Just to put a positive spin on this, perhaps we could compile an 'Anti-Brexit Shopping List' - a list of shops where we can buy online from Spain and defy the Brexit-induced customs charges? 👍😉
I'll start with Next and M&S, the latter now following Next's lead by stocking other leading brands, such as Ghost. With Next stocking brands such as Boden, Ted Baker and many others, we girlies (and the guys!) can still strut our stuff in lovely clothes while defying those Brexiteers! 😄
FitFlop still deliver to Spain, too, although you have to keep your order value under €150 to avoid customs charges.

Great news about Fitflop. They seem to be my footwear of choice these days 😁. If I’m in Spain, I’ve usually asked my friend to order for me, but that of course means waiting till I get back to the U.K. to “trip the light fantastic” in my new shoes. Thanks for the info 🤪🥂

This is a great idea, I have shopped very carefully online this year, so as to avoid these charges that don't 'appear' until the end of your shopping experience.
Several spanish places have also been 'Free Delivery' - that appeals even more!. No clothes purchased amongst my shopping, mainly household items so far, but I will certainly contribute to any shopping list that negates the paying of import tax, VAT etc.
