What is required for a non res to buy and tax a car in Spain ?
Was having a discussion earlier with a friend, he thought that you should be on the Padron, I thought not, I couldn't see the link, I thought NIE number would be enough.

Hi Ken,
No, non-residents having to be on the Padron is an urban myth; all you need is an NIE and a Spanish address for the 'factura' (invoice).
