DGT Speeding fine

On the 10th November 2021 we were travelling on the N332 from Torrevieja direction to Alicante airport for our return flight to the UK.
There had been an accident ahead which almost stopped the traffic and we incurred app 90 minute delay.
Missing the flight was now very possible and I incurred a speeding fine from DGT via post to my UK address.
Having very little Spanish how do I translate a paper document ? Will Google translate work from a photograph?
Any other assistance with paying this fine would be very welcome as I do not know where to start.
I know there is also the possibility of paying a reduced amount of the fine if paid within a certain timescale but I think that this could have expired due to the postal systems.
