Regarding health insurance what would be an approximate yearly cost for single woman of 60. Just a rough idea would be great.

Allow for 1000 Eu/year (NLV/Residency standard of cover) - assuming no difficult pre-existing conditions.
The first year must be paid in total upfront. After that, you can move to monthly payments.
