Hi I currently have it on the market for sale, but there is no movement on it. I am going to be there from the 7th to 21st April and will decide if
renting it is a better option. What are your details?

We are a retired couple that lived in la Florida for 10 years we had to sell up and return home for family reasons but are looking for a 2 bed + ground floor apartment in la Florida on a yearly rental

My property wouldn't suit as it isn't ground floor there's a lot of steps.

the property is in La florida, near the Emerald Isle. It's not ground floor, has a lot of steps to the front door and the solarium.
