I understand a new store has opened but not in the old gama building.
Sad to see Gama go but is the new store much smaller?

Most shops are closed on Sundays, and particularly on Easter Sunday.

Most supermarkets are open right through Easter including the Sunday. The exception being Mercadona. Some might only open till mid afternoon.
If you require anything other than food shopping Zenia Boulevard is open for the next couple of Sundays.
It’s one of the busiest times of the year! Beware your journey to the shops will take much longer than normal as the roads are always extremely busy, due to the invasion of Spanish holiday makers.
