Cat rescue

Hello - hoping soneone can help. We are in La Mata village and theres a cat stuck up a tree in the little park beside the bus terminus for the last 48 hours. We have tried to coax him down with food but he climbs higher each time. He looks to be a young cat and he is crying. We dont have any way of getting up the tree so I wondered if there are any pet rescue services we can contact as the poor mite will die up there otherwise. Many thanks for your help
