My wife and I are looking for a long term rental (yearly) from September 2020 in La Mata or surrounding areas. We note a lot of long terms are not for the whole year - any help would be appreciated. Phil & Jack's
I would guess that anything which is able to get a Tourist Licence for short term lets are going to take advantage of the much higher rates available in the season and then rent on a seasonal basis for the rest of the year. Rather than trawl through everything yourselves it might be better to contact a letting agent.
