I have an apartment, 3 beds 2 bathrooms. Looking to get both bathrooms refitted thus lowlevel shower walk-in, basin and WC...not sure if bidet is needed...only use it for sandy feet LOL....size is small...both are about 8 x 6 so what does anyone think price-wise inc. tiles for each?
Have a word with Rob at Don Aluminio Building & Reformation they are excellent I think ours cost around 3,500 euros with everything new we had bidet removed also I guess final price depends on size and what you want I can highly recommend them.

Bear in mind that for any work to your property, you are required to obtain a ‘licencia’ from your local Ajuntamiento. This entails a fee, based, I think, on a rate per sq mt. They can be pretty tough if they find out you’ve not got one!
