If you click on the Menu (the 3 blue bars) look down the list of options and you'll see "Help with using this website"

You should find the options you need in there. Failing that, use the Contact Admin option.

You can delete all the messages in one go by tapping the green "Delete all these topics as read" bar on the first page just above the list of postings.

Sorry to hijack the post but I wonder if Steve or anyone else can help...I use the green Mark all topics as read bar, receive confirmation that I have 0 to read. The next time I log in the topics I’ve previously marked as read reappear along with new postings. Most of these that reappear I haven’t commented on or looked at. Any suggestions please? Thanks

I've not heard of that happening before and can't make any suggestions. However....those postings will reappear if someone else has answered or made a comment so even though you have clicked the blue bar they will reappear for you to read the new post.
