Hi

We are looking for a recommended builder to renovate a bedroom. We are based in La Mata.

The job isn't urgent as we are looking at starting at the end of May/June due to visitors, but would like to get this lined up now if possible. We would like the following work carried out:

Remove and replace an external door to balcony. Requires removal and replacement of some brickwork to repair.

External arch to be glazed and blocked in.

Existing window to be replaced.

Removal of old wardrobe frame, internal plastering of four walls, and ceiling.

12sqm floor tiling. Tiles supplied.

Relocate ceiling light.

Replacement of four sockets.

All rubbish removed.

Hi Tee

I've just had a new kitchen fitted which included knocking down half a wall, removing and fitting new units and a complete re-tile, sink, worktop etc and I'm very happy with the job and price. Work was done by an English guy Rob who has done work for me before. He's very friendly, reliable and trustworthy (I gave him keys to do the work while I was back in the UK).
