I'm considering selling my 2 bed room bungalow, which is in La Nucia park .
Iv owned it for 15 years and done lots to it, including new French doors, new rear patio over looking the park !. There is parking outside and I will be selling furnished*.
It has beautiful views of Altea, Calpe and the med from the roof terrace.
It is in very good order, and has only been used as a holiday home. All bills are paid to date. I a, only selling as we are expecting a new baby in the family so I won't have the time to use it.
