Hi my wife and I are looking to buy a property in La Nucia and wondered if anyone could recommend a good conveyancing solicitor, English speaking.

I'd recommend Albir Abogados for you legal and Salvador Fernandez as your Notario. Both located close by in Albir. Both English speaking also.

I highly recommend Sandra and the team too, they are also registered with the U.K. law society we have very recently used them we purchased in October she helped with everything and even when we had a glitch with sabadell bank she paid €4600 for our car until we got over there I can’t see many other solicitors doing that
