Hi can anyone recommend a solicitor in Denia or Javea area for purchasing a property, the seller has recommended one but I think I should get my own for peace of mind

Hi Neil
Anton Abogados in Javea. Run by Oscar Anton. I haven't used them for a property purchase but they are the Administration for the Urbanisation where my rental is near Jesus Pobre. They also have a good Gestoria subsidiary called Arenal Administration who did my letting licence.
You are right not to use the Abogado recommend by the agent or vendor, also do not under any circumstances pay a reservation fee, a deposit, or any money whatsoever to an agent.
