Hi Does anyone know best way to get back into their online bank account.Yet again I'm locked out of my Sabadell digital online account had same password for last 2 yes.So bloody frustrating as we're non resident and in Scotland.Same happened when I got a new passport and password went from 4 digits to 8.TIA Tricia

Several months ago I also was locked out of my bank account. I had to physically go into the relevant branch to get it unfrozen. As I live in Spain it was an easy thing to do. Have a look at your bank's website and find your branch details so that you can either phone them or e-mail them. I think that an e-mail would be best.
