We are a small Community of 16 properties.
As a newly appointed Presidente I'm finding our Administrators are not very proactive, rarely respond to communications without remainders.
So, are there any other small Communities our there who get a good service from their Administrators?

I noticed that there were no replies to this post. Does that mean all small communities get a poor service from their Administrators?
We are currently considering replacing our Administrators. Can anyone recommend good, reliable, responsive Administrators who work around the Orihuela / Campoamor area?

You could try QG Administration services. From my limited experience they respond to emails and generally run our community well.
