I cant tell you exactly but I can recommend someone who can........https://www.getlegalinspain.com/social-security-number.html
They are getting the Social .Security. number for some friends as part of their residencia service but if you look on the heading Legal Paperwork it might tell you there, otherwise give them a call, they are so helpful

Just called them after numerous e mails.Would not bother as they r busy so they told me.Not nice to not even say they will eventually help.
