Schooling for 16-18 year olds

Hi - can I please get some info on schools/colleges for 16-18 year olds. We are hoping to relocate to the Costa Blanca South area when our daughter finishes her GCSEs next June.
1. Is the education system to same as in the UK, ie. Does she need to stay in the system until she reaches the age of 18?
2. Are there English speaking schools/colleges local to the area?
3. Would we have to pay school/college fees? Any idea how much?
