There is swimming at the sports centre pilar de la horadada  €2.60 for an hour. Excellent facilities

As Nicola says the indoor pool at CDM ...is nice and warm. The 50m pool in Torrevieja isn't as warm.

From memory I think that swimming hats are compulsory in both pools and at the CDM you would need your own padlock for the lockers.

Most of the staff at CDM speak excellent Englishif you want to check about the swimming hat.

Also during the summer the 50m pool is not in use...all the water is removed as my son recently found out when he tried to use it. The outdoor pool is open.
