Is there a gym in the golf club at Las Ramblas if not where is one I can use close by

There is a gym at the campoamor golf club. Round by the blub house opposite the first tee.

Available to non members or residents

Not too far away. Usually very quiet, I've always been the only one in there,

Pay as you gym or weekly/monthly rates available

The WIFI is a little different to the UK.

Each company will usually have sole supply for a specific area.

Best to ring the usual suspects like Ole communication, or TV horadada and give them your address. They will be able to let you know if they supply the area.

Most speak very good English and can let you know within minutes.

Generally the prices are around 25 euro per month on a 2 year contract, although i'm sure some have deals

Could you remember how much it was per day possibly

I think it was 5 euro per day. Or 5 days for 20 euro.

Not the cheapest around I'm sure.

It worked well for me as I work away half the year.

They do offer monthly and annual memberships with reduced rates though.

There is also champs boxing gym behind the bank at la fuente, however this is more boxing classes etc,

Same here But in Malaysia 

I agree 5 is ok daily mate not going to use daily and when is everyone here I’ll have no chance

Aye I'm happy if  can get 2/3 days a week with the family etc visiting

I used to live on the resort. No need to though anyone can go.

The indoor pool is for hotel guests only. The other spa facilities you can use though.

I'm now at lomas de cabo roig. Behind the new shopping complex they are building.

The new place has its own gym which is handy!
