We will be coming back in just over 2 weeks and we know we will have to fill in forms before we arrive i would like to know where we get these forms i assume on line and do we have to do this 48 hours before we return, any information would be very much appreciated thanks in advancve

I downloaded the app and you get it from Google play store.
It's called the Spanish health form.

Hi Fox93,
No more than 48 hrs before you return to the UK, you need to complete the Passenger Locator form:
https://www.gov.uk/provide-journey-contact-details-before-travel-uk
I'd recommend reading through it before you leave the UK, to make sure you have all the information required to hand.

Be aware that the Spanish AENA app has three flaws in it.
One of the fields doesn't accept enough characters to take the first line of my address.
One, at least, of the fields doesn't accept punctuation like commas or full stops.
Something must be entered in the Apartment field - I just told Margaret's daughter to enter NA.
