Hi I am looking for something to keep the birds away from the roof & stairs. We do not live out here & whilst we are away the birds make a mess everywhere. Any ideas what is the best thing to buy?
How about stringing some shiny old CD''s or DVD''s across the stairs and across the roof terrace so that they blow in the wind. It could help and we've all usually got loads of old Freeby discs.
The reflections and movement have been know to scare birds.

Apparently a plastic owl or pottery one is supposed to do the job.
