Best checking your own contract with Tesco mobile.

Some companies haven’t changed anything …..yet

Others are for new or upgraded contracts

Others have changed in the past few weeks

Others change in Jan 2022.

Others now have fair usage policies.

You will probably have received messages or emails from them  regarding your own contract. If you can’t recall them then ring your customer service number.

Thanks I will contact Tesco to see if they offer free data roaming. 

So much to consider since covid and brexit. 

Bring back the good old days when all you had to do was book flights and a hire car !!! 

Get a sim card from Lobster while here.  Its paid monthly, zero contracts and plans start around 12.00 if I remember. We have used them for 3 plus years now have never had an issue. Now that there are roaming charges much cheaper. 

Lol. Wait until you look at the car hire prices!!!!

Hi - we are with Tesco mobile and over the past year have not had any roaming charges. They seem to know we are in Spain (residents now) as we receive a 'welcome' message when we cross into Murcia. We use a UK address for any billing purposes or contact place - so maybe that is sufficient. But of course, everything is email / electronic anyway so not much need for a convo.

For a while I tethered my work laptop to the phone while we were waiting for the internet providers and still zero cost...I guess it may depend on the data plan you have with them.

Once t'internet linked it is primarily WhatsApp for video catch up On net.

Definitely go with a Lobster SIM as Shells suggests - brilliant. Essential too for Spanish paperwork not least the jabs etc

Yes I've booked my hire car...what a price hike but essential as villa is on top of the mountain. Flights were the same price as usual but waiting for them to creep up soon !!
