You can try an order a landline, for adls, but if there is no landline network in your area, or the exchange is full, you will not get. Unless you pay for a line specifically for you...which will be costly. And even if you do get a landline then perhaps you will not get good decent adsl anyway, (too far from the exchange, overloaded exchange?) so if it worth it? Also with a landline they are 12 month contracts, for if you are only there two weeks a year, is there any point getting a landline... you will have to check withthe main phone provider to see if a landline can be installed (movistar - who like BT in the UK own and operate the majority of the telecoms network in Spain)
Wireless internet systems are available in the moraira area, but a lot depends if you have good line of sight to the masts..not all areas do. These allow for "on off" when you are there or not. but speeds and reliability can vary a lot, especially at peak times. These can be installed within hours of you requesting. There are a few in the moriara area... telitec, holawifi, closeness, blu...all have good and bad reports on local fb groups-
(Wifi comes from your router to a device. ).
Or wait and see if fibre will be coming to your area...many areas are getting it installed if there is enough potential clinets in the area...
