We have friends staying with us with their daughter who is 16 who has had her first vaccination. It seems that now the government has changed the rules and under 18s only have one vaccination in the UK. Does anybody know the rules for internal travelling in Spain. Our friends are travelling from Valencia to Ibiza. Any advice would be appreciated. Many thanks
