Hello, I wonder if anyone living in the Moraira area could give me some information on the following areas: Sol Park, Moravit, Moraira Park, El Pinar de L'advocat, Villotel, La Sabaterra. Just general info such as how long it would take to walk to the centre of Moraira, any pubs etc in the vicinity, uphill... . Many thanks

Hi i have a house on Pinar de l'Advocat on Calle Haya, It is uphill on the way back from town and takes about 20 minutes to get home from the centre....15 mins on the way down. We are a couple of minutes from a lovely restaurant Ca Pepe. A further 8 mins walk up the hill is Bar 21 which I would definitely recommend. We walk up and down to town most days but when it's hot I wouldn't want to be carrying shopping bags or anything too heavy. There aren't any pavements or streetlights on our road, its not an issue for us but i do use a torch walking back at night. I love the location, personally I wouldn't want to live much further uphill unless you are happy to use the car. Hope this helps.

That's great thank you. It's difficult to tell on a map! Would Moraira park be less uphill?

Sorry i don't really know Moraira Park or other urbs well enough to comment. Because Moraira sits in a valley the majority of villas and urbanisations are located on hills so it's difficult to say exactly, it depends where the actual property is located within the urbanisation. Most of the time the only way is up 😉 unless the property is in the valley. Properties close to the Moraira to Calpe road provide a beautiful scenic walk into town with only a gradual incline on the way home and lots of restaurants and bars.

Thank you so much. It's very difficult when estate agents only write 'moraira area'! I guess we need to visit 😊
