House needed to rent 3 months or more

We are a couple in our 60's coming to retire in the Moraira area from September this year. We would like to rent a small villa or finca anywhere in reasonable commuting distance to Moraira, Javea or Denia while we search for a villa to buy. We have two cats so need somewhere with a garden and not near busy roads. We want to pay around 500 - 600 euros per month. Can anyone suggest good letting agents?
