Can someone please tell me where one can find and discuss my account with Iberdrola that is not online based please. I have heard various options but would appreciate a well informed answer from an experienced source.

Hello

Here's a link to the Iberdrola office in Teulada. I would start by contacting them to make an appt. to discuss your account. If you dont speak sufficient Spanish then take a translator with you, as they may not  have an English speaker in the office.

Is there an actual physical office in Teulada or is it only the website and phone contact that is available.

They do not have an address on the website for a Teulada office although they state Teulada.

appreciate the assistance

There is definitely an office in Javea, in the old town, upstairs in an electrical goods shop. You will need to take a translator. I’m sorry, it’s some years since I went there, although I have walked past it, so I cannot give you the exact address, but obviously searchable.
