We need to replace a small number of pool tiles on the Roman steps in shallow end of pool. looking for advice on best outlet to purchase a small amount of small navy blue tiles.

Probably Leroy Merlín in Gandia, they carry a great volume in stock, including mosaics. Most tiles shops will offer mosaics and some kind of small tile, but they may not carry stocks, it could be just a case of going to all the shops you can find, there are several in Teulada.
