Do you know the dates of fiestas in murla for next year (2018)?

I very much doubt you'll find any Spanish town hall publishing fiesta dates more than a few weeks in advance.
The town hall don't give an email address, but you could keep an eye on their website:
http://www.murla.es/el-municipio/fiestas/
All I can suggest is that you Google the dates for this and previous years' fiestas, and you'll probably see a pattern, as most towns hold their fiestas at the same time of the year. For example, ours is always the first weekend in August.
