Where can I buy an attractive ceramic house sign for a holiday rental?

When we have been in pretty tourist destinations such as Altea & Frigiliana, we noticed that a lot of the licenced holiday rental homes have gorgeous, decorative plaques outside giving the house name and tourist licence number. Does anyone know of a company that makes these? It could be ceramic, stone or pottery. (Preferably in the Oliva/Costa Blanca north area or somewhere in Spain that would post one).
For avoidance of doubt, I know I also need to display the official, red VT sign but that can be displayed inside the house. I would just like something more attractive on the outside.
