Hi, thank you. How much is the installation please?

Also, do Aeromax offer English TV packages?

Many thanks

Installation is 40€ (VAT included) instead of 80€

No, they don't have tv packages, only Internet and telephony services

Thank you.

Will I be able to have any company for my English TV?

Will the person installing the broadband speak English?

I am renting a property, will there be any drilling etc involved?

Can I book it from here in the Uk so the date for installation is soon after I arrive in Spain? (I have a Spanish bank account and NIE)

Many thanks. Apologies for so many questions, I am really grateful for all your help

Kim

Broadband is internet via a telephone line. Companies like Movistar, Orange, Vodaphone, and smaller locals like Europa (who rent the infrastructure from Movistar!) all provide broadband - but are usually 12 month min contracts

Other companies, by the likes of aeromax, telitec, are "WISPs" provider, wireless internet service providers, who transmit internet wirelessly to your hour via their local masts via a small receiver installed on your house. Sometimes it is best to speak to neighbours as to who they use, as you may find that area is not covered or offers best reception from the masts. Much like the more advanced 4g offerings, which use the mobile phone signals to offer internet, as some areas can be in "block spots" with no reception
