I live in Parcent and the village Ayuntamiento does not have a garden waste site. We are asked to pay for a skip to take away the waste.
Is anyone aware of a garden waste site within the area that i can freely use to dispose of my garden waste, shrubs, cuttings etc

In a word, NO! There is an eco park in Jalon, for which appointments have to be made with the local Ajuntamiento. It is shared with Lliber, we also have to make appointments. Your vehicle number will be recorded on entry. So effectively, only available ‘free’ to local rate payers. There is also one on the outskirts of Gata, I don’t think you need an appointment, but the resident requirements are the same. The person who helps us now and then with heavy garden work, who is a legally registered Workman, used to hire skips on our behalf, but now takes it in a trailer to Gata, but we are charged for it. The garden businesses are required to pay for a licence to use the facilities.
