I doubt your the first person to make that error! There is a help service on the SpTH website,

--------------------

If you have any problems using this service or any questions regarding the health control procedure upon arrival in Spain, please send an email to spth@sanidad.gob.es with a screenshot of the error message. Please also indicate in the subject line whether you are using the web service or the mobile application.

Passenger assistance will currently be provided in Spanish and English.

-------------------

There used to be a number to all but I cannot see that now.  Posts earlier in the year said that the help service was just that, very helpful.

Aitch.

Not sure if this will work for you but you may like to try it.  Go to your SPTH app and open My Trips.  You will find any applications you have made.  If it is shown as uncompleted and you know you have made an error, try deleting it and starting from scratch again.

Hi

On our return in November, I filled the form in as arriving back at 10.00 , when I did my partner’s I entered  22.00, then realised,  it should have been 22.00 on mine, ,it let me do a new form, and I gotthem both printed together.
